In-House Secondary: Sinter-hardening, Heat treatment, surface treatment (steam treat, phosphate coating, plasma nitriding, electro-less nickel plating). CNC grinding (double disc grind, cylindrical OD/ID grind, profile grind) CNC machining (turning, milling), lapping, honing, broaching, hobbing.
